These Terms govern access to and use of Realmoment Studio’s courses and materials. By accessing the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Payments and refunds
Fees are displayed prior to purchase. Where permitted, refunds are available within 14 days when a course does not match its description.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials are licensed for your personal, non-transferable use. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform, including attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt services. Respect community guidelines during critiques.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
We provide the service “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Realmoment Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
